Every item from Knotty by JJ is thoughtfully handmade, which means a few things may work a little differently than mass-produced products. Below you’ll find answers to common questions about custom orders, turnaround times, shipping, and local pickup. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to help and make sure your order is just right.

Yes. Most items are handmade to order just for you. This allows you to choose colors, styles, and personal details. Items marked as “Ready to Ship” are already created.

Vinyl items: 3–5 business days

Crochet items: 3–10 business days
Larger or fully custom projects may take longer — timelines are confirmed after ordering.

Sometimes! If you need something by a specific date, please mention it in your order or submit a custom request.

Proofs are provided for custom vinyl designs upon request. Crochet items are typically made based on your selected options and notes.

Both! Items can be shipped within Canada, and free local pickup is available in Ottawa.
